Akasoil Farms is a small – medium size company that was founded in the year 2015 in a small town in Nsawam at the Eastern Part of Ghana by Mr. Augustine Kojo Acheampong, the founder and C.E.O of the company. We started off with Five (5) employees on our farmland and have now extended up to a total of over 500 employees spread across Ghana. We currently have two (2) offices located in Accra and Kumasi where all administrative works and meetings are held. Our goal is to support the vitality of our community and to provide ethical, fair, honest, healthy and kind action to each other and to the earth that provides for us. Objectively to us at Akasoil farms we believe that our farming business must be able to support local, quality and organic, going beyond sustainable practices towards fully restorative agriculture, witnessing and respecting how the environment works naturally, being outside in connection to nature everyday and the only home to bring the dreams of the poor, unemployed and the needy in the society to a reality by creating a skilled and training programs that will provide employment for them through farming.
